By the term “godmode” we mean the forced placement of other users` characters in situations undesirable to them. If you would like to include someone else`s character in your story or role-playing scenario, please show respect to that character`s owner and ask permission. The use of signs without the permission of the owners is considered “godmode” and is considered unacceptable. If necessary, in accordance with applicable law, you will enter into all agreements and take all steps ZeniMax deems necessary to enforce the licenses set forth above in this section. Except as prohibited by applicable law and subject to legal obligations (as defined in Section 1), ZeniMax may at any time restrict, suspend or terminate your access to certain Services or your receipt, play or use of certain Services. If ZeniMax makes material changes to the Services, you will be notified within the time frame for logging into a particular Service or, if no deadline is specified for notification of material changes, the change will take effect thirty-five (35) days from the date such notice is sent to you (at ZeniMax`s sole discretion) by email or on the applicable product or service or in your “My Account” Section. In the event that ZeniMax is sued by third parties for the reasons set forth in Section 13(i) to (iii) above, ZeniMax reserves the right to monitor the exercise and resolution of any third party`s legal action, and you agree to reimburse ZeniMax for legal defense costs, including but not limited to, reasonable attorneys` fees, which are documented. 3.1 You may not impersonate any other person (including celebrities) or claim to be an employee or agent of ZeniMax or its affiliate. You must not attempt to mislead other users by impersonating zeniMax or any zeniMax subsidiary or affiliate in any way.
2.12 We do not authorize zeniMax Media Inc., its subsidiaries and affiliates to discuss legal matters on zenimax`s websites or services. .
